Our Team

The most important attribute that members of our team can possess is a good brain and the ability to use it!

Our consultancy team typically comes from two broad streams:

  • New graduates from a range of disciplines such as economics, geography and electronic engineering. Recruited as Technical Assistants, they quickly become involved in a variety of projects and are given regular training, including placement in the industry, with a view to their becoming Consultants within two years
  • Experienced professionals who have decided to change direction who have had a solid career – usually, but not always, in public transport. They bring with them a breadth of practical experience from the real world and our project management structure ensures the necessary close supervision to allow them to make the transition to consultancy in the most effective way
