The presentation of Robin’s maps was key to revealing the extent to which staff relied on cars.</p> <!– –> </li><!– –> <!– –> <!– –> <li class=”event”><!– –> <h3>SHETLAND ISLANDS COUNCIL – SCHOOL TRANSPORT RISK ASSESSMENTS</h3><!– –> <p>Robin developed maps for transport operators to allow a successful transport risk assessment of over 110 routes to take place. These maps proved vital in communicating with operators and discovering errors in the original data.</p> <!– –> </li><!– –> <!– –> <!– –> <!– –> <li class=”event”><!– –> <h3>SLOUGH BOROUGH COUNCIL – ARBOUR VALE SEN REVIEW</h3><!– –> <p>Robin was the lead scheduler for this project which included the mapping of student data for a large SEN school to enable a ‘clean sheet’ review of their home to school transport and to identify where there was scope for efficiency savings. The resulting rescheduling exercise, which required the presentation of Robin’s high quality maps, achieved savings of at least £70k.</p> <!– –> </li><!– –> <!– –> <!– –> <!– –> <li class=”event”><!– –> <h3>LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON</h3><!– –> <p>Robin took the lead on all of the scheduling and mapping elements of the SEN home to school transport review, which contributed significantly to the overall project to produce 10%+ savings.
